2. Our Specialist Service
Free service: Our comparison service is provided at no direct cost to you. We receive a commission from your chosen supplier — built as a small agreed amount into your unit rate. You are never invoiced by Splash Energy.
No obligation: You are under no obligation to proceed with any recommendation.
Commission disclosure: Our commission is disclosed before any contract is signed.
3. Business Contracts
No cooling-off period: Business contracts have no statutory cooling-off period. They are binding once signed.
Switching timescales: Most switches typically complete within 28 days. Splash Energy is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Splash Energy's total liability shall not exceed the commission earned on the relevant contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
5. Complaints
Please refer to our Complaints Procedure. Unresolved complaints after 8 weeks may be referred to the Energy Ombudsman (ADR ref: C35SPLA01).
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
